By using nextrend.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use this website or any related services.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the content and software on nextrend.ai for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Modify, copy, or reproduce materials.

Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any software or code.

Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Transfer content to another person or “mirror” materials on another server.

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of these terms and may be revoked by Agency Next at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded or stored materials.

3. Disclaimer

All materials and services on nextrend.ai are provided “as is.” Agency Next makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agency Next or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use nextrend.ai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from your use of the site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

10. Promotional Offers and Trial Terms

As part of our promotional campaign (e.g., Facebook ads), new users may be offered a $5 trial for 5 days of platform access. This trial includes:

Full access to the platform for 5 days

A limit of 50 content generations during the trial period

Important: After the 5-day trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in our Founder's Monthly Membership Plan at $67.50/month, which includes:

Continued access to all platform features

100 content generations per month

If you do not wish to continue with the monthly plan, you must cancel your trial before the end of the 5th day to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
